Why install Classeviva?
ClasseViva is the tool that the school has designated for ordinary school/family communications. It is therefore the only tool with which it is possible to:
- Book meetings with teachers
- Receive official communications from the school (Circulars)
- Manage entry/exit or absence justifications
How to get an account
Each student is assigned a unique account by the Secretariat that will have a temporary password. An email with the request to change the password will be sent to the parent who will then create an account following the instructions provided in the message.
Communications and features are sometimes diversified by school path. It is therefore recommended to install all the profiles available on the app to be able to stay properly updated and have a complete experience.
How to
Book an interview with the teacher
Go to the “Register” item in the bottom menu. You will find the “Interviews/Colloqui” button.
When you click, a window will open that will allow you to book “General” and “Individual” interviews. Click on “Individual” and select the date and time from those available.
A confirmation of the appointment will be sent by email.
It is recommended to book a maximum of one interview per four-month period for each teacher.
How to
View communications from the School
Access the “Register/Registro” item in the bottom menu. There you will find the “Noticeboard/Bacheca” button. When you click it, a window will open that will show the communications received from the school in chronological order.
Attention, the communications can be of a general nature or can be different for each school path. It is important to activate the user for each registered child.
